The Senator Representing Katsina North Senatorial District and Chairman, Senate Committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFUND, Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita has commisserated with President Muhammadu Buhari, Nigerians and the People of Katsina State over the demise of Nigerian Statesman Mallam Ismaila Isa Funtua, OFR, mni.
In a condolence Message signed by his Media Adviser Mallam Abdulkadir Lawal, Senator Kaita described the late founding Managing Director of the defunct Democrat Newspaper and former President of the Newspaper Properioetors Association of Nigeria (NPAN) as a bridge builder who lived a fulfilled life.
Distinguished Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita said, "My heartfelt Sympathy and condolences to his Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari over yesterday's passing of his close confidant"
"Please be consoled by the memories of the Friendship and Comradeship you shared together and the fact that Mallam Isa Funtua
Left behind a remarkable Legacy of service to humanity". He added.
The Senate Committee Chairman on Tertiary Institutions and TETFUND also extended his condolence to the immidiate Family, Friends and associates of the deceased Business Tycoon.
Sentor Kaita Prayed to Almighty Allah to grant Mallam Ismaila Isa Funtua Aljannatul firdaus and the family fortitude to bear the irreplaceable Loss.
