Distinguished Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita APC, Katsina North says the ruling of the Presidential election Petition Tribunal on February 23rd 2019 election is a resounding victory for Nigerians who came out en-mass to elect President Muhammadu Buhari for a renewed term of four years.
"Nigeria deserves a decent, incorruptible and a person of proven integrity like President Buhari to better manage the country's resources for the benefit of all Nigerians and Buhari embodied all of these qualities" Senator Kaita asserts.
Senator Ahmad Kaita reaffirms the commitment, supports and loyalty of his constituents to the Buhari led administration.
While appreciating the judiciary for dispensing justice rightly and also timely, he described the judiciary as the finest and still remain the beacon of hope for a saner democracy.
Babba therefore, appealed passionately to the aggrieved members of the PDP to put the country first and join hands with the ruling Party to take Nigeria to the next level of Development. He adds that "with the Court verdicts in favour of the APC, it's time to put to rest all political distractions and face serious governance to deliver on the promises made to the electorates during electioneering campaigns".
